Opening Ceremony: Boy Scout troop.  Greg Evershed will ask Annie if she is available to play an instrument.

Clerk of Course:No (not having one)

Head Timer: Lea Anne Hood - if her kids are swimming.  If not, Greg E. will line up a back-up.

Timers: parents of swimmers

Timers: 4 from each team (age requirement= 14 and over)

Concession: a.m.-MSST, p.m. SST

Safety Marshall: SST all day (2 female, 2 male) change to concession table - Yvette.  $40 in quarters.  $200 1’s.

Clean-up: 3 Adults from each team.

Each team is going to check on how many water coolers they have and will provide what they can.  We decided on having at least 8 coolers.

Heat sheets- $3.00 if black and white.

I am going to do the majority of the shopping Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.  Each team is going to give me their ’wish list’, besides the usual.  Like frozen WAFFLES.
